Where it is HOT HOT HOT!!
I am in the south.. and literally sweating buckets daily..
I'm attending a youth conference in Puttaparthi, India with 8000 people from all over the world. People are fainting like flies.. trying to keep up the hydration. I haven't had the chance to take pictures/upload them as of yet....
Hope you are all doing well.. will be here for a few more days.. then off to Kathmandu!

Sorry to hear that you are suffering with the heat....I've read that the high temperature is setting records there this year.
I am just back from an appt. at Winship with my oncologist, Ruth O'Regan. Her new fellow is a friend of yours! Sheema Harichand-Herdt asked me to tell you hello for her, and that she is sorry she couldn't make it to your good bye party. Small world, huh?

Just wanted to say hello to you and I am glad you are enjoying your travels. Have you seen your family yet? I know how much you have been looking forward to that.
Tomorrow is "D" Day (doctor day) and I think, while I am speaking with him, I will envision your face on his body, pretend I am speaking with you and receiving your understanding care and support, and will perhaps be pleasantly surprised by receiving the answers I need so badly and will leave his office feeling more informed than when I arrived.
I find myself using you a a role model, out of respect of course, and it is helping me to see there are so many good and caring physicians out there who want to help, and I will, indeed, receive what I need in order to get on with a more productive life.
